Hello Besom Family
'Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly, or under compulsion.' (2 Corinthians 9: 7-8 NIV)
As we approach the summer break, we hope most Besom-ers are looking forward to some well-deserved time to recharge. However, we know that some communities need Besoms to stay open, as the need is growing. We pray for those who continue to serve throughout the summer, that God will strengthen you as you faithfully serve your communities.
In this edition, we share exciting news about the Besom merchandise shop, our regular feature of news across the network, and the next date for our monthly family prayer meeting.
Have you heard? We've got Merch!

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our Besom merchandise shop! This has been a long-awaited project, and we are so excited that the online shop is finally live and anyone can order apparel or items they need as and when they need them.
We’ve carefully chosen to partner with an eco-friendly manufacturer, Spreadshop, who's got excellent working standards, good sustainability practices, whilst maintaining high quality of the items, which we have already tested.
Our Besom Merchandise has a wide range of products that can be used by Besom-ers attending church events, exhibitions, by time-givers on van runs, gifts for recipients, and some fun holiday take-aways.
This initiative will help us promote our brand and mission, fostering a unified identity. Pricing includes a very small percentage towards helping the Network with design costs, marketing, and maintenance of the website.
Here's a short video to walk you through the ordering process.
If you have any questions after watching the ‘how to order’ video, please feel free to reach out to the media team- media@thebesomnetwork.org.
A heartfelt family dinner- Besom Cambridge
The Besom in Cambridge recently hosted a warm family dinner, bringing together time-givers past and present. It was a night filled with gratitude, celebrating Felix Hearn, the former Besom Lead Coordinator, and welcoming some wonderful new team members, Chris and Nigel, who joined them for dinner.
There was much to be thankful for: the gift of family, deep fellowship, and refreshed Network branding gracing their new van, building, office, and cards.
If you gather at your local Besom, please let the Media team know. We would love to share your joy and stories of fellowship with the wider Besom family.

Tidy-up time- Wirral takes the lead!
The Wirral Besom took time out to clean up, clear out unneeded items, and create more room for what God is bringing their way. They finished their day off with a nice get-together over a cup of tea.
Visit the Besom in Wirral website to find out more about the communities they serve.
If you've got a tidy-up day coming up in your Besom and want to share your photos with us, please email them to media@thebesomnetwork.org.
