About Us

The Besom in Camberley is here to help christians and churches to give their time, money and items to those in need within Surrey Heath.

Each week we prepare and deliver dozens of food packs to families and individuals that have been referred to us. Each pack contains at least three days of balanced food, including fresh fruit and vegetables. We also provide citizens advice in Surrey Heath with emergency 24hr bags of food to give.

We also make: 

Starter Packs - for people in emergency accommodation or moving into their first home

Bedding and Towel Packs 

Electrical Packs - including microwaves, kettles and toasters

New Baby Packs - including moses baskets/baby baths, clothes and toiletries

Cleaning packs 

Christmas Hampers

If you would like to give items towards the packs, or even a whole pack, please get in touch with us.

From time to time we have particular projects that you may want to get involved with - please email us if you have skills you would like to offer. We also have opportunities for you to give your time by driving, packing and/or with admin. We can also help you give your money towards the packs we provide. You can do so by clicking here.
